i've a tin of wood wax thats dried out, what can i had to it to soften any ideas, will need to melt it but will most prob need to had something thanks

Welcome to the MSE site.
If you are thinking of melting the wax using a heat source, please be very careful as the ingredients are probably highly flammable.
A safe way to apply heat would be to place the tin on a hot water bottle.;)
