Leaky radiator - Combi Boiler

This morning I pulled the towel from the radiator and it got caught so as I tugged at it the radiator came away from the wall.
I have temporarily supported it using the bed until I can get a plumber out to look at it but I noticed a small pool of water on the carpet from the copper pipe that leads from the radiator. I have turned the water off at the mains and switched my combi boiler off.
Do you think I will have done some harm to my boiler by switching the water off and also by switching the boiler off itself?
It's a Baxi Combi boiler if that helps?? Your comments would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks

No, you should not have caused any damage at all to the boiler.0

Shouldn't be too big a problem. If it is still leaking a quick temporary fix is some kitchen towel and electric tape, worked for me! Plumber might have to replace a bit of the pipework, or it could just need a the valves tightening.0

Might be worth just checking that the valves are tight. I had an issue with and old radiator which had a weeping valve and just nipped up the joint by about 1/4 of a turn. Of course if you are not that DIY-minded or have nice carpets (heating systems often have really dirty water in them) you might want to get a plumber to have a look.0
