Anyone else using Primus?

I've been suffering connection problems recently that I have put down to 1899 being busy. However, yetserday my son couldn't connect to a mobile number so used the code to bypass my orchid dialler and still had the engaged tone. He used his mobile and got through straight away.

Just wondering if the problem has also been with my CPS carrier (Primus) so has anyone else suffered with Primus?

Not had any problems so far with Primus. Made calls through Orchid dialler via 18866 to landlines and mobile and by-passed dialler over the weekend. Change over to their option 2 (CPS) was completed on 24 Nov.

I switched over on the 15th November and have no problems at all. Daytime calls are routed through 18866 ( via Orchid dialler).

I'm thinking of joining Primus but it says in their terms and conditions that they may charge you to set up an account with them. Has anyone been charged this? Also if I decide to cancel after say 6 months is is hassle free?

I switched via Uswitch (I think!!!) and wasn't charged anything at all (The saver2 option is only available via the uswitch link I believe)

I've been using Primus for weekend and evening landline calls. Been with this company for over a month and haven't had any problems yet. :j
