Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won. The Grand Prize Package is valued at approximately £1,700.00. There is no cash alternative to the whole or any part of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize package, consists of a Toronto, Ontario, Canada City Break Prize Package for two (2) adults traveling together which will include the following:

• Round-trip airfare for two (Economy class) to Toronto, Canada from London Heathrow airport
• Three (3) nights hotel accommodation (1 double occupancy room (room and taxes only)) at a 3-star hotel in downtown Toronto
• Three (3) breakfasts for the winner and his/her travel companion
• One (1) Full-Day Guided Tour to Niagara Falls, ON including return transportation from Toronto hotel
• One (1) 2-Hour Guided Tour of Toronto
• Return transfers between airport and hotel in Toronto

A valid credit card (or cash deposit, as set out by the hotel) will be required at hotel check-in. The supplier of the prize is responsible for taxes on flights and accommodations. The above prize description constitutes the expected prize details and all aspects are subject to change and availability. Some restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize winner will be provided with complete details after the final arrangements have been made.

The Grand Prize redemption must be completed before September 30, 2009 and is subject to availability. All travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods will apply including but not limited to national and public holidays and school holidays. All travel arrangements must be booked by April 15, 2009. Tickets are subject to availability on the day of departure. Tickets are neither transferable, refundable nor upgradeable. Travel arrangements and reservations regarding the flight must be made according to instructions given to the Contest winner. Once reservations are made, they cannot be changed.

Winner's travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must be able to legally leave the United Kingdom and must be legally able to enter Canada. Winner and travel companion must have valid passport and proof of citizenship satisfactory to Canadian customs and immigration officials. The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility should the Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion be denied airline entry or entry into Canada or the United Kingdom for any reason whatsoever.

The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must depart from the same airport and travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for ground transfers to and from their home and the designated airport (London Heathrow Airport). Airline tickets are valid for ninety (90) days from the date the tickets are issued and no extension will be permitted.

The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining any required travel identification and documents and any health or insurance documents, other meals, beverages other entertainment, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, gratuities, transportation, parking, applicable taxes, incidentals, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned as included in the Grand Prize. It is recommended that the Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to the departure.

The Contest Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers, agents and affiliates, including, without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, the prize suppliers, the independent Contest judging organization and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario and the Government of Ontario ("Promotional Parties") will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or any other property.

Any unused portion of the Grand Prize value is forfeited. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any delays or cancellations relating to the Grand Prize that may occur prior to or during the Grand Prize trip. The Contest Sponsor holds no responsibility for the weather conditions or activity availability and no refunds will be issued should the selected dates limit any element of the Grand Prize usage. No alternative value will be included for any activity or opportunity available and not accepted by the winner or travel companion.

The Contest Sponsor, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Grand Prize for something of equal or greater value if the advertised Grand Prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate or suspend the Contest, or modify the Contest Rules and Regulations at any time if the integrity of the promotion is compromised in any way.

Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. Except as identified above, no substitutions will be made. Grand Prize may not be sold, transferred or assigned, and is not convertible to cash. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize Package varies based on rates available at the launch date of the Contest. The Grand Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
