Thanks for the ticket help peeps, will see what I can do.
Whitewing, I'm so sorry that this has come up again after such a long time; I really don't think it can have anything to do with the MSEr as how would he know who you are? Marru's list was a good suggestion. If you haven't contacted your solicitor then definitely do so as he can either put your mnd at rest ro give you the necessary info so you can have a decent conversation with WTC. Good luck with it all and let us know how you get on x
Sophiesmum, ROFLing at your oldies, they sound a right bunch! I'd love to come to your party tonight, sounds ace. And how fab that the alcohol is donated, I didn't know that and will be thanking my pupils next time I have someImagine their faces when I tell them where their confiscated stuff goes :rotfl::T
Well done on making your deadline Andromache, I always work better to tight deadlines too
I had another successful charity shop jaunt this afternoon and got a few pressies but nothing for the one that has to be sent off early next week (for someone on here). I'm totally lacking in inspiration... I also got a beautiful purple linen (Habitat) bed throw for my room, which will look lovely when I get a bed in there :rotfl:I love the idea of having my own room and decorating it exactly how I'd like - I never got the chance to express myself like that as a kid so I'm making up for it now :j The walls are deep purple for a start (my parents have shares in magnolia)...:rotfl:It's going to be my work space and chill out haven (I have a screen to separate the two areas) and am really excited about how it'll turn out as you may have noticedThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

If somebody knows why skeletal muscle cell has more than one nuclei please can you let me know. Thanks.
Unless you have an interest in Skeletal muscle cells feel free to skip the next bit...
Skeletal muscle cells arise by the proliferation (actively dividing and increasing in numbers) and fusion (joining together) of many smaller cells, called myoblasts. These divide then fuse together while undergoing striking phenotypic change (ie undergoes massive alterations of gene expression and shape change (morphology) for example) to form the multinucleate skeletal muscle cells. Skeletal muscle cells are terminally differentiated (ie they can no longer divide).
Marru if you need more info or greater detail PM me - I'm a Biochemist/Cell Biologist... Its not really my area but it was part of my degree so I still have various books around and can access other sources of info very easily...
Wakey wakey everyone else... Science chat over... :rotfl::rotfl:
I'm plodding along having a quiet week this week :j and will be off to a Halloween party tomorrow... Just need a costume first:rolleyes:. Only other news is it appears the family Xmas will be at mine this year     Operation declutter starts tomorrow
 That and working out if I can actually fit that many people round my table  I don't have a lot of room! :rotfl: May have to buy some chairs for them to sit on too  :rotfl: Would it be rude to ask everyone to bring a chair instead of bring a bottle??

I was sitting at home having one of these :EasterBunmoments but there was no chocolate to be had. Started sniffing round the kitchen. I now know you can make a passable chocolate spread from cocoa and cherry jam, softened with a little hot water.

To th best of my knowledge they don't do one any more
I know they closed out the blue and silver passbook accounts some years ago
(must find my books/account numbers and get the £20 or so that was in them back in my own pocket! will cause much confusion as I've had a name change and three address changes since I last used -- and found -- them !!!)My self & hubby; 2 sons (30 & 26). Hubby also a found daughter (37).
Eldest son has his own house with partner & her 2 children (11 & 10)
Youngest son & fiancé now have own house.
So we’re empty nesters.
Daughter married with 3 boys (12, 9 & 5).
My mother always served up leftovers we never knew what the original meal was. - Tracey Ulman0 -

Good morning Frugalland!
It is DD's birthday and we have spent ages: driving cars on road rug, sharpening pencils from Dora the Explore pen case and then laughing when the pencil marks can be erased with eraser, reading cards, tickling eachother with feathery pencil, admiring fairy hair band, using fairy stamps on fairy paper, sticking fairy stickers on everywhere, admiring new clothes, trying on new really warm mittens, playing with new cars on the above mentioned road rug, cuddling a new (toy) duck and made the duck to kiss the (real) dog, made Little Princess floor puzzle. So I think it is time for a breakfast.
We went to halloween party last night and I have to say I didn't really enjoy it that much. DD got some lollypops and then I bought her juice and a hot dog (total £3.-). She was easily talked to come home as long as I found her a halloween balloon and told her she can keep it.
Taka - thank you for your reply. I thought it might have something to do with the protein production in the cell. I might just take your offer and PM you when I really get stuck.
Redglass - Mmmm - Chocolate and cherries....:p
Today's tasks:
- get breakfast
- make shopping list for later
- take supper out from the freezer

Have a great day everybody!!
Marru
