  • The Ford zetec engines are good. You could get a fiesta for £2000 with under 50,000 miles.

    Im a VW enthusiast...and have to say i would avoid the newer VW's, you pay more and get less.

    HonestJohn is also of the opinion that VW is not what it used to be and are suffering quality issues. You are still paying a premium price for a fairly ordinary car.

    One thing about VW cars and is an issue with us is they have poor ground clearance for tracks etc and for that reason alone we can not buy VW, Shodia, Seat or Audi.
