Excellent Mortgage Advice!!!

I've just used a great mortgage broker MORTGAGE MONITOR that is recommending on this site. A truly helpful and friendly service, I felt like i was getting some good impartial advice on the best mortgage deal that was right for my own personal circumstance. I've registered with their online service that monitors my mortgage and alerts me when its time to start searching the market again.

Would highly recommend these guys!!

    Dont be too quick with your sarcasm! i used this site and got some great help with my mortgage and i wanted to tell other users, its that simple!

    Their website states that they are 'completely impartial'. Completely impartial = Independent and so they MUST offer the choice of either paying a fee or allowing them to keep the lenders procuration fee instead. This isn't an option with them and so they are breaking the FSA rules.

    I'll be reporting them to the FSA today.

    A tip to spammers. If you want to spam, make sure you are compliant first:rotfl:
    I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.

    Also, if you are going to spam, you might as well put all your contact numbers and web site address as well... don't just stick with the company name :rolleyes:

    Alternatively, why not put your main rival's details on here, and pretend to be a customer saying how rubbish they are ? ;)
