One of two £3,500 travel vouchers to spend on Expedia.co.uk.
PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This Prize Draw is open to all UK residents, aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Expedia group companies, their agents and any other person professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. To enter the Prize Draw, you must participate in the “Fill your Plane!” game at http://fillyourplane.expedia.co.uk (the “Game”) and successfully fill your plane! To do this, you must register to play the Game by providing your full name and email address. Once you have done this, you can invite three of your friends to play the Game. If all three friends register to play, you will be entered into the Prize Draw. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary for entry.
3. By playing the Game, you agree to receive offers from Expedia and/or our partners. You also agree to verify with your friends that they would also like to receive offers from Expedia and/or our partners, before inviting them to participate in the Game.
4. All personal data collected for the purposes of the Game and Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Expedia's Privacy Policy.
5. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Prize Draw terms and conditions.
6. Two winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received at noon on November 21st 2008 (each a “Prize Winner”). Expedia will contact the winners by email after the November 21st 2008 and will provide details of how to redeem the Prize. If a winner does not respond within 15 days of the sending of this email, then another draw will take place from the remaining pool of entrants.
7. Note that by entering this Prize Draw you agree to have your name released as the Prize Winner, should you be drawn as the winner of the Prize. The name of the Prize Winner will be available for one month from the end of the Prize Draw by sending a stamped S.A.E. to Expedia at the address above and will be published in the Expedia newsletter.
8. The Prize must be redeemed in a single transaction by 30th April 2009 and travel must be completed within 6 months of the booking date. Usual booking terms and conditions apply. Any tickets and vouchers issued will be non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable.
9. The Prize has no commercial value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. The Prize Winner and any companions will be responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate vaccinations and inoculations. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance. Any additional amount spent by the Prize Winner over £3,500 must be covered by the Prize Winner.
11. The Prize Winner accepts responsibility for their proper conduct and that of their companions during redemption of the Prize. :rotfl: :rotfl:
12. Expedia reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Prize Draw without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and with the exception of liability arising either from fraud, or from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Expedia or its employees, Expedia excludes all liability howsoever arising connected with the Prize Draw and all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by law (whether by statue, common law or otherwise).
