Anyone elses toluna not working properly?

I apologise in advance if this is in the wrong place (please feel free to move it if it is) but is anyone else's toluna account not crediting the points after you've done surveys and the polls?

I had a problem last week where i had a balance of points on home page but something completely different on rewards page, i emailed them, have not heard anything back but it did alter the amount showing enabling me to order the reward i wanted.

Same here, and i haven't had my reward, emailed them twice still no reply, its only an Amazon voucher how long does that take, its been a month now. :mad:

Yes not only do they not send out vouchers ever to me... they steal 30k points off me and dont award half of the surveys points when you complete them anyway. and they now ignore my requests for the voucher I ordered off them they ignore all correspondance from me entirely.. !!!!ing stupid company.

I had a problem getting a voucher from them and eventually got it last week after about 3 months of waiting , I kept emailing them and sent about 5 emails in a week before getting a reply , which said that they had already sent it to me and I should check my spam filters etc , ,,,they hadnt.

Ive been emailing them constantly almost 6 months... nothing.

I waited 6 weeks to receive a paper sainsburys voucher and have now requested another so will see how long that takes.

I have filled in numerous surveys and havnt had the points for any of them. I have e mailed toluna but dont get any reply.

I e:mailed them to ask why my account was showing the wrong balance - went from 30,000 to about 24,000 - they said they're having problems with their system and my account has now been rectified - sort of. One screen shows one balance, another a different balance!

It's taking a while to get the points added but they are getting there slowly. Never had any problems with receiving electronic vouchers, but maybe I've just been lucky.

Given up with them - Half the surveys I've completed haven't added the points - It's just not worth it for the rewards you get.
