BT Retention calls

I had a call this week advising me my BT contract had ended and they wanted to offer me a Hub phone if I stayed with them. I advised I had already bought one and would not commit to another contract just for that anyway. She advised me to call the call centre and get a reduction in my rental charges otherwise I would keep getting the same calls!
As I pay £32.07 plus VAT for Broadband package 2 and all inclusive calls what can I expect if I call. Alternatively is there anything better I should ask for. I should add that I have a sky dish so although I do not pay I still get all the free channels so don't need the BT system.
Before anyone tells me to leave BT I use my Internet tel number for business and as far as I am aware you cannot currently port this. On the whole I am relatively happy with BT but always looking for better value. Will check this thread tonight so any info welcome.

call 0800800030 opt 1 and ask for a reduction as you think your paying too much. If your out of contract you can get reductions off your broadband and phone if you agree a new contract.
lowest price for BT Broadband is currently £9.49 per month for option 1 and £15.99 per month if you want to stay on option 2.0
