Yogurt gone wrong

Options
I made a batch of yogurt today but when i went to strain it, it went straight through the seive. DO you think i could adapt it to make it a yogurt drink rather than waste it?

What could i put in it to make it a yogurt drink?

thanks

Sorry for stating the obvious - you did line the sieve with muslin/cloth? OK, thought you did! How about a tin of strawberries whizzed up with it?
  • If the yoghurt is thin, leave it in the airing cupboard for another day, that will thicken it up.

Yes i did use muslin - but glad you mentioned it. Sometimes the most obvious is overlooked! Tinned fruit with t sounds good.

You could make lassi and pretend you are basking in the sun in India! It's basically yoghurt and water with spices or fruit flavourings. If you put lassi recipe into a search engine you should be able to find something nice.
