How much to plaster complete room

How much should I expect to pay for...........

ceiling to be replaced and plastered...........
4 walls to have old plaster taken off and replastered except chimney breast...........room size is 12ft by 15ft.

I do not want to get quotes yet as will not be getting it done until after christmas, cannot be bothered with the mess lol

if necessery hubby will remove ceiling and old plaster although think I would rather get someone to do the complete job.

Any ideas?

Ask the user 'owls' Richard - he reskimmed three rooms and stairs and put two new ceilings in plus removing fireplace and other bits for £2700. Hes good.

I had an artex ceiling skimmed along with bare brick walls boarded and skimmed couple of weeks ago. I was quoted 300, 450 and 570.
