9. One winner will receive a three-night stay at Orion treehouses near St Paul de Vence in France for two people, one of whom must be over 18.

The prize includes standard class return travel on Eurostar from London to Paris and standard class return travel on TGV from Paris to Nice, or carbon offset return flights from London Gatwick to Nice, plus £20 for local bus transportation from Nice to St Paul de Vence return. Accommodation is in either the Bagheera or Shere Khan treehouse on a bed and breakfast basis.

One evening meal, a welcome drink upon arrival, a one-hour private wine tasting session, unguided walks, a day trip by bus to Nice and comprehensive travel insurance are also included. Any other costs not specifically associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and winner's companion must have valid passports.
10. The prize must be taken either before December 21 2008 or between March 20 2009 and December 21 2009, excluding all bank holidays, and with all travel taking place within these time frames. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and any amendments made by the winner after booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges.
11. The winner will be notified by phone or email by Monday November 3 2008.
