Didn't get my Atlantic rebates

Reading on here a few days ago reminded my to ask Atlantic for my rebates on my gas & electricity accounts. So I called them today.
Seems that because I made one payment by debit card instead of DD earlier in the year I won't be getting my rebates, you apparently need to have made all 12 payments by DD. What a bummer. Hey ho you live and learn!:rolleyes:

Does that mean you have to make one another DD payment to qualify for the rebate?
