Help - what are the best blank DVD's?

I run a wedding DVD business so need good quality blank DVD's at the best price. Can anyone advise the best brand to use? Thanks

Tough question as not all brands of dvd's will work on all brands of dvd players unfortunately. I use bulqpaq most of the time as they work perfectly on my dvd players.

I must admit I don't know what brand the pro's use, you could try phoning around a few businesses similar to yours and see what they use (pretend to be a customer).

Hope this helps in some way. If not i'm syre someone will be along soon with a better idea.

    Good luck.

I like Verbatim disks, never caused me any problems and a good quality disk at a decent price from the likes of SVP . Taiyo Yuden are suppoesed to be the best quality disks but they come at a cost.
  • I use Verbatim Datalife Plus for backups and Datawrite Titanium for day to day stuff.

SVP are also the company I use for blank discs. Good prices for good discs.

Go to https://www.svp.co.uk once you see prices you will never shop elsewhere, and service is 1st class.

    Hi All,
Would suggest the following, brought Ritek discs today from this company-excellent quality plus Epson cartridges and much cheaper than above. Have used them for past year with no problems.

Cheap - yes. Service - Terrible

I agree with their prices being good, but their service is non-existent. My disks hadn't been delivered, so I sent an email a couple of weeks ago followed by a chaser a few days later and still have received no reply. I then tried ringing them, but it just cuts out after ringing for ages. I also tried other numbers from online phone books, but no one bothered to answer those either (and no answering machine).

    They also trade under blankdiscshop.co.uk
