Having used and was dissatisfied with Persil washing powder, I wrote and complained. They offered their 'money back guarantee’ which is actually vouchers to spend on their products; surely this is a rip off? Anybody got any comments?

they send you vouchers first, then if you complain you have to send them pack and they will post you postal orders!0 -
I hope they are going to pay your postage. Its not really in the spirit of customer service though is it.0

Phone them. Did you produce a reciept? If you didn't they may want that to refund you.
