How much SSP would I be entitled to?

I work 16 hours a week, 8 hours on a Wed and 8 hours on a Thurs.
I'm on the minimum wage, which has just gone upto £5.73 an hour, so I pick up £91.68 a week.
If, for whatever reason, I was signed off on the sick, how much SSP would I receive and would I receive that through my employer?

SSP paid via the E/R is £75.40pw for a max of 28 weeks.
