Hi
I'm currently in a stick situation where myself and my husband want to live at opposite ends of the world and need to work out the financial implications of splitting up.
We have 2 young kids (4y and 18 m) and a house in the UK with about £50000 outstanding. Before kids I used to work in cancer research but I'm not sure if I'd find another job locally and probably wouldn't be able to afford the childcare so I have no income. If I came back to live in the UK (been living abroad for 6 months) could I survive? Am I entitled to any benefits other than child benefit and the single persons council tax reduction.
