Tesco Jersey DVD Delivery Delays

Tesco Jersey are having major problems, don't know what they are exactly, or if it's only dvds that are affected, customer services wouldn't be specific. but they're swamped with complaints & have a huge backlog to deal with

I've had items on order with them for more than 2 weeks now & there's no sign of them even being sent out, in spite of their website & the tracking system showing that the dvds are 'available for immediate dispatch'. CS tell me the goods are 'allocated' but can't say when they'll be dispatched

I normally wouldn't bother too much about this, all companies have problems from time to time, but I think at this time of year a warning's definitely in order

I ordered a Happy Songs CD last week and have had the same problem. They said on the site "ready for immediate dispatch" but when I track my order it hasn't been dispatched. I don't mind a short delay but they havn't responded to my e-mail asking how long this might be.

Be warned. Think twice before ordering from Tesco Jersey

i ordered madagascar from them and it arrived yesterday as they said, but i am still waiting for one more dvd to come.

I ordered Disney Princess CD just over 3 weeks ago - on immediate despatch. And had forgotton about it (!) until I recieved an email about 10 days after order apologising for the delay!

It finally turned up a few days ago - so you could be looking at three weeks approx.

I had an email telling me that the second dvd I ordered had been dispatched

then I got an 'update' :rolleyes: about the earlier order
