    Wednesday.........

No mystery shops planned today, so today's MSE stuff has to be focused on the possibility of a NSD. The children are having couscous for packed lunches because I haven't got enough bread in, and I have just bunged a whole load of "stuff" in the slow cooker to make a beef casserole for dinner tonight - odds and ends out of the fridge with some frozen diced beef and a tin of tomatoes with some herbs and red wine. Should be ok with some pasta cooked up with it.

10 things will get decluttered this evening, after I have taken the children to karate and been for a run with Pania.

The Dragon - I am a long way yet from Zen like........I haven't even got as far as "tidy" yet :o But surely if I keep up with the 10 things a day, I will get there (as long as OH doesn't bring home 11 things a day in their place!).

    Have a good day everyone!

hmmmm......NSD has gone out of the window. I went back to weightwatchers :o So £17.95 for the month paid............. I need the discipline of being terrified into eating less for fear of the scales laughing at me each week........I have put on 2 stone since I was at goal, so that is not good, and although I will be running a fair bit over the next few months, I don't want to use that as an excuse to eat more chocolate (who, me?!)

So, for the record, weight today is 11 stone 5 . Enough is enough!!!!!

Hope you're having a great day.Don't blame you joining WWs places like that are the only ones to keep me on track just debating between SW and WWs myself...as DH cooks most days I think SW would be easier for him as he'll not have to weigh anything.
  • Don't worry, you will soon work it off. :T

Just have a teensy question for you. On my old diary you said something about turnips reminding you of your honeymoon....and then you never elaborated...I just wanted to know*cough* :rotfl:

Turnip soup is very good for diets as well, turnip chips, turnip mash..in fact i think i will make some.

Not MY honeymoon!!!!! On the episode with Lord and Lady Whiteadder, she said it reminded her of her honeymoon..........you will have to watch that episode to see why!

Well, I got 2 last minute mystery shops today! So my lack of a NSD has been offset to a certain extent by those. I also needed to buy a new sports bra for the running lark.......£35   But I suppose the alternative of saggy boobs would be even worse :o

Ran with P this evening - we did fantastically well.......making progress already!

Right, better input these mystery shops, then have something to eat, before I dive into the shower.....

    Hope everyone is ok!
