Miz, you have been here a whole 5 days longer than me......we will be having joint anniversary parties soon to save on the cost

Blimey - really?! How embarrassing - I haven't achieved a fraction of what you've managed! But thanks for the reminder - seems I have started my new diary a little early then - but needed the head start.

    Hope DS is feeling better.

Thanks for the vote of confidence on the tidy house, Shaun!!! I will prove you wrong.....I will, I will!! (just not straight away!)

Glad the new painkillers are working, and make sure you get some rest for that knee, soon. I know that it is a busy time for you right now, but once moved in, you must take it easier for a bit so that swelling can go down.

Checked online banking - nothing going wrong there, so that's ok. Scratchcards done, and nothing more than 10p, but 10p is 10p so can't complain! (wouldn't mind winning the £100 once or twice though!).

Ooh, just checked quidco......OH Legal & General money that I had to chase up has finally been received!!!! Shame it is too late for the payment a couple of days ago, but it will be a nice start to the new year - £110 :D

That still leaves my co-op claim outstanding, which is £120, but to have the L&G one sorted is good!

Just popped in to say hello and say good luck with the new challenge not that you need luck judging by your efforts this year.

I am glad you have cancelled teaching, surfbabe - sometimes you need to put your health ahead of the money making potential.

DS is exhausted - he didn't get much sleep but hopefully he will be much better today. Hopefully he will feel better as the day goes on. It is years since he had an attack so neither him nor I (me?) were prepared for it, which is why we are so tired now!
