Morning shaun, glad things are getting better in your household, although you sound like you have a long way to go before everyone is 100%. good luck with all the things you have to get done today.

Hypno, take care with dooyoo, I think they consider 2 reviews a day as normal...more than that is classed as 'churning'
Also make sure you review strangers reviews. They check up and if a group are just reviewing each others then your account can be pulled.

Thanks for the tips - 2 or 3 a day is probably reasonable given everything I am trying to fit in at the moment! So that is not too much of a problem, and I reviewed a random smattering of people yesterday so hopefully won't fall down there! We will see how things pan out!

It is Monday morning - cold and dark! I am hoping to go for a run this evening with a running club. That is a bit scary but I think it has to be done - I need to do this!! So I will take my kit to work and probably go straight there.

Nothing magical, money wise, to report.....hope you all have a good day!

No danger of me showing anyone up, Shaun!! One day though - I will be good. One day  :o :rotfl:

I hate these winter mornings! At least most of the snow has gone so much easier for walking, driving and running in!

For goodness sake I go away for 2 days happy to be a qype ninja & with Amazon voucher on way now I come back to find out there is another site I need to join and get free money with . Please put a health/sanity warning before any more tips please ;).

Glad to hear snow gone. DD was supposed to fly back last night from Edinburgh but flight was cancelled. Flybe put her up in a hotel, paid for an evening meal & breakfast & are flying her to B'ham then coach to Norwich . She had already had dinner but decided to have another as it was free :D. She's obviously learning from her mother - although am inclined to think it's my over-eating side rather than eye for a bargain side :o.

I shouldn't be on here as I have a Hypno-like day - working from home but also need to fit in 2 mystery shops (in different towns ), a visit from insurance co to late mum's house & a hair cut. Actually, that's nowhere near a Hypno day, I take it back ;). I came up with the frightening concept of starting work early to get ahead of myself, fortunately though I saw the light *& came on here so will be playing catch up as usual :o

whatawit, thats a good tip - and shaun, I just noticed your sig! About intelligent/stupid - wonderful stuff, thats exactly how I feel.

Hypno, you'll surely be the right standard for a running club, won't you? I'm *sure* you will! You have to get used to running in a crowd of people anyway, don't you, so its a good idea whatever standard you're at. Good luck with it.

  • Hypno,
I haven't read all your post, just the first bit so you may well be back to huge debt busting by now but I know what you mean about having a break. i was totally debt free at the beginning of the year but due to various things I now have the sig at the bottom and I now also owe my mum £500 but I am putting off all plans for repayment till after Christmas ( apart from min repayments of course!) I won't owe any money to anyone for Christmas as it is all being bought frugally with cash but I need a rest and to enjoy Christmas. Then 2009 will start afresh with a huge debt busting plan, and a few jobs that have to be done in the house !

Hi guys! gallygirl - good for DD :T Never turn away free food :D

KC - I used to go to a club but never took it seriously really - always took the easy option. Today I am going to try and commit to becoming a focused athlete :rotfl:

mintymoneysaver - you will see if you keep reading that my idea of a break wasn't quite the same as everyone elses.........I'm not very good at stepping away from the debt :o Nice to see you posting and hope you continue to do so - we are a very nice, sane, bunch on here :D
