    Have done my run - 3.73 miles.....in the driving rain, with a head wind whichever way I ran (or so it seemed!).

    But I did it! And now I deserve a bath and a fish finger sandwich!

    Having said that Hypno as I'm going to get your insomnia download so will review you when I finally wake up ;) . I need to wait on the ipod arriving 1st - I don't have an MP3 player & want to listen to it in bed rather on PC. I need all the help I can get :o .

    I had a lovely bath......whoever invented the Sanctury bath products you can get at Boots should be knighted.....:D

    Now writing my lesson plan for tomorrow whilst watching "Now that's what I call 1983".....I have driven the kids upstairs with my sing-along-a-heaven-17 :rotfl:
