good good ....have had some really strong positive results with the reiki recently kinda building on it (if that makes any sense) uni well bleurgh lol ...it is what it is i spose ....have put a update on my thread if you ever fancy popping over ....was talking to pania last night about running seems like your doing really well ...gonna need to do something myself

Hello all! Hypno, and El, and Sea too! Maybe this is where I fall down when I mostly use the User Control button, not the dfw board button Heeeelllllooooo!

I ended up joining qype late last night, have done a few reviews - managed 3 first time, but couldn't do much - it was pretty late, oops.

Anyway, will be back later!
