Trouble with laminate floor

Hi,

I've had a laminate floor down for a few years now and it looks like the joins are starting to come apart!
Does anyone know how easy/difficult it is to sort this?
Am I going to have to take the whole floor up and re-lay it? And can you do that with laminate floor boards?

Hi,

Is it the glueless click laminate you have or the older tongue & groove type that needs to be glued?

Which room is the laminate laid in? Are the joins coming apart in the whole room or just one area? It could be caused by expansion and contraction of the laminate.

If you have the glueless click type laminate then it is very easy to lift up and relay. If you have the t&g glued type then you have to be careful not to damage any boards whilst lifting them up.

The laminates in the living room and there are seams appearing all over!!

It's the old T&G stuff as well.

I may try in just one corner to take it up and re-lay it!
