It's a Half Hour Challenge - Just put some loud music on and start cleaning/clearing an area on your list for 30 mins - great fun and even better knowing you are doing it with company! Check out PigPens first post on here for a list of all the meanings...
Great news about being 10th now....

DW on again (I've decided that I might as well put all the saucepans through it as I've used all the hot water - I had a bath last night and forgot to put in on this morning).
Kitchen surfaces almost clear
Bottles in car boot to take to bottle bank
I have a whole crate of tetrapaks to deal with as well. Hampshire seem to be the only part of the country that doesn't recycle them, and I keep forgetting to take them with me to get rid of on the way to work.
Christmasshopper - sounds like you've found a great way to motivate your daughter. You're doing well so far.
Off shopping now. I'll catch up with you all later0 -

Woohoo I have just done my first HHC:
Sorted out a huge pile of paperwork that I have been hiding for ages.
Put a wash load on.
Took my old telephone directories out to the recycling bin.
My daughter sorted out her knitting wool and sewing threads.
Would it be cheating if we had a chippy supper then we can carry on tidying?Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.
