    I know someone who 'lost' a sanitary towel!! .. she thought it stuck to the seat in the taxi on her way to the pub.. but it never did turn up!

    Well it'd be pretty hard to lose a mooncup! I only wish I'd heard about them (and been brave enough to try one) earlier. Pigpen - I hope your DDs have all been introduced to them!

    lol.. they know what they are but whether they use one or not is their decision. DD1 is the only one where this is a current issue and she merrily uses pads at the moment and seems ok with those.. we shall cross the mooncup bridge when she asks for tampons! She is excessively squeamish though so I can't see her ever wanting a mooncup.. she thinks I am some kind of weird hippy type as it is!

    My hubby is too.. but I don't care.. that is his issue.. periods are quite normal squeamishness is not.. DD1 will be told the same too!

    Just seen the time. I think I'll have to change my MACAW to morning OR evening... as I still don't know what I'm going to wear to work tomorrow, unless I get up at the crack of sparrow-wotsit, I don't have a hope of doing both (although first meeting is 11am, so with a bit of planning and careful use of blackberry I MIGHT be OK!)

    ... before I leave the house tomorrow I need to...

    ... empty DW
    ... clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
    ... read meters
    ... decide what to wear to work and put it on (preferably over cossie before going swimming ;) )

    Must shut down now - make HW bottle, wash, bed... hopefully sleep! Have a great day tomorrow everyone!

    Pigpen - probably best if someone else introduces DD1 to mooncups... after all, parents of teenagers are ALWAYS wrong, embarrassing and out of touch :rolleyes:

    For all my sins I am apparently one of the 'cool mums'.. I think it might be something to do with being 20 years younger than the next youngest mum in DD1's group of friends!!

    One of her friends has parents older than MY parents!!! :eek:

    Ha, thanks Valli, forgot it was called follyfoot - does anyone remember a programme to do with a red bus and some kids living in/with it or something, I can see it but can't remember it - but I do remember Why don't you? (or the full title was something like why don't you just switch off your television set and go and do something less boring instead...)
