NR is cutting it's rates. I expect B&B will as well.

Yes, we did.

Then we recently opened another account and put the proceeds of a house sale back in NR for a few weeks until it was needed. Most if it has now been withdrawn to pay for new house. As the rate has gone down we will probably transfer the remainder to a better paying account.
