Free Pressure Washer from Tesco Car Ins.

I took out Car Insurance back in June with Tesco who were offering a free Pressure Washer worth £99.99. I am still waiting for it. I rang them over a month ago to see where it was and they said the were having trouble with their supplier:eek: . Just wondered if anyone else was having the same problem? Sureley a company this size could do better:mad:

There have been delays because apparently then never expected the response they had.
We have recently got ours after a few months and some people have been sent a cheque for £100 instead, so don't get too worried, I would expect them to honour it eventually.

Thanx lisyloo, I rang the helpline number on the last letter they sent me but a recorded message said " this helpline is no longer available" they gave a new number which I rang which put me through to Tesco Insurance, After hearing the usual million options to choose(No mention of pressure washers) I plumped for "existing policy enquiry". After much ranting and raving from me she said, " It has nothing to do with us, the problem lies with tesco finance". So i asked her for a number so that I could contact someone who could help me ,and she replied " No, you will just have to wait till they get in touch with you" Isn't that charming ?
