Hey guys, I'm seriously considering buying this modem/router. Do you guys have any opinions about this one? Any good

And would it be compatible for my situation:

'I would like to have a wireless internet connection on my laptop, I have a normal PC with an ADSL broadband(usb modem) connection (tiscali), & I have a laptop IBM thinkpad r50e (intel wireless pro) and I'm wondering if anyone knew how to set up the internet on my laptop'

I have several LinkSys ADSL wireless routers gathering dust in a cupboard. Biggest waste of plastic & money I've ever seen.

We're now looking at the SpeedTouch 585.
