Halifax remortgage

I have just arranged a remortgage with my current provider (Halifax). The new fixed rate deal will start when my current one expires on 31st December.I got the deal over the phone and was told that I dont have to sign anything but when i receive the paperwork I just need to phone and confirm the deal.Am I correct in…

i think i am gonna take it. been shopping round and cant find any better really. i was miffed that the fee had gone up to £999 tho.
