I have recently acquired a laptop and found it easy when I wanted to transfer my photo's from my mobile phone to it, simply by removing the memory card, inserting it into a card reader and then the usb link. The pics which were on it came over,ok, but I noticed it was all those I had taken myself. Those which had been sent to me, had been saved to the memory stick and they didn't come over.
I opened each pic individually to see if it could be saved to phone but couldn't find the route.
I don't know anything about memory sticks.
I wondered about bluetoothing them across, but there must be something within
the laptop I haven't got. I then decided to email to myself, I managed one, but from then on, the phone kept asking for a password which I haven't got.
So what can I do please.

Depending on the phone, you might be given an option when reading that MMS message to store the picture elsewhere, or move it to phone memory.
You can pick up a bluetooth adapter for your laptop, enabling you to BT hem to yourself for free, even Tesco stock one:

though it is rather large compared to more modern ones, and may not be the cheapest. Search for "Bluetooth adapter" or "Bluetooth dongle" when looking for one.Super geek.0 -
Use Windows Explorer to browse all the folders on the memory stick.0

I seem to have lost the facility to save to choose either phone/memory stick in favour of the latter,This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
