I am considering this, but can you get rid of your normal phone line?
If so then the saving would be great
Broadband £ 24.99
Talk £ 7.00 for the first 6 months then £10
total 31.99 monthly cost inc calls if you dont call premium
numbers etc
what do you think?

Seems rather expensive to me.
My 2Mb BT BB is £17.99/month. So you'd be paying £14/month for your 'free' calls (BTW, they're only to 01/02 numbers - so 07 and 08 numbers are excluded as well as 09 Premium numbers).
£14 would pay for 466 calls using 1899 or 18866.
P.S. No, you have to pay for a BT landline as well.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
