Would someone be willing to make me a spreadsheet??

Options
I'm looking to create a spreadsheet to chart my progress at the gym. The ultimate aim of the spreadsheet is to see how I'm improving i.e. higher reps, more weight etc.

I'm ok with Excel, but I want something a bit special for this - would anyone be willing to have a go? My workouts are split into different muscle groups on different days and my spreadsheet need to grow as I do, for instance, I won't be doing the same exercises forever, they will change every 8 weeks or so - although the muscle groups won't.

If you think you've got an idea on something that could work I'd appreciate hearing from you - I think its just down to the way the sheet is formatted but I'm useless at that kind of thing!

Would appreciate any input.

I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to Excel.
Post what you want to input (number of reps, weights, muscle groups, etc) and what you want to see at the end and I'll have a bash for you.
Best thing, however, is to give it a go yourself and post on here if you run into problems. Hands-on learning is better than trying to reverse-engineer something that someone else has done.

Any posts are my opinion and only that. Please read at your own risk.
