moving money from Ing to Kaupthing

I recently opened an account with Kaupthing Edge. I then tried to move some money from my Ing direct account. I tried setting up a linked account, put in Kaupthing sort code and my account number, but I can't transfer the money over. It's so frustrating as you can't email Ing. What am I doing wrong? Please send a personal message as I can never find anything I post. Plus, how much would a financial advisor/tax specialist charge just to give some advice. Apparantly I shouldn't be paying 20% tax on savings - I thought everyone did? I got a Form R40, but binned it when I couldn't understand a bleeding word of it.
