Problem transferring my ex-Nationwide L&G ISA

I wanted to switch my old L&G (Nationwide) tracker ISA to Interactive Investor so I can self select shares but unfortunately the two systems are not compatible so I'm not able to transfer directly.
Is there somewhere else I can switch the ISA to temporarily so that I can eventually complete the move to iii?
If not, is there some other self select I can switch to directly?
