post office growth bond again

HELP!!! WHO WOULD YOU SUGGEST I WRITE TO OVER THE POST OFFICE BOND SHAMBLES ! 35K OF MY MONEY WITH THEM CHEQUE CLEARED FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST AND AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS NOTHING IN THE POST SUPPOSE TO SEND ME CONFIRMATION LETTER AND ACCOUNT DETAILS !:mad: VERY WORRIED ABOUT MY MONEY BUT DONT KNOW BEST WAY OF RESOLVING THE MATTER PLEASE HELP ME ......

You think you've got problems - I sent a cheque for £70k for a joint account with me and my husband on 13 August. Cheque cleared next day and I have had a letter saying they've got my money - that letter was dated 8 September.

The whole thing is an absolute shambles. I've had 3 replies from Customer Service Team at Bristol relating to 2 e-mails that I sent and a complaint that I made when I actually managed to get through on the phone. Unsuprisingly they all give different information!!:mad:

Normal response time is apparently 10 working days, although one of the replies I got said it could take up to 4 weeks to investigate!!!!!
