I'm assuming SP have already increased their online tariffs? I think I may get switching again, lol. I'm currently with Click 5 but by the time this switch has gone through I'm sure Click 5 will have been increased broadly to SPs online offering. If you can get this sort of deal 4 times per year it's almost £290 off your bill (in effect).Call me Carmine....

Im on my 3rd switch within 5/6 months. 72.00 + 70.00 + 60.00 with a nominal gas usage.
Sadly both E.O.N and BG have slashed Cashback rates in last month or so.0 -
Suppose that's the way to do it, in the summer, at least for gas.
And
with lots of OAPS off to Spain for the winter, they could start switching, come back three or four months later... minimal bills, and cashback in the bank. Then start switching again for the summer.
You naughty people.0 -

I think Martin would call it consumer revenge, Ken. A chance for the individual to get back even in some small way at these greedy comglomerates. :T

So increasing even more the charges to those pensioners who (according to you) can not afford their winter bills and are freezing to death is a good thing? So you are allowed to perpetrate actions that contribute to geriatricide? I thought you disapproved of such things? It's okay for you but not for Gordon Brown or utility chiefs to behave thusly?0

OAP's have never had it so good, Winter Fuel Allowance, free medicine, free buses, free glasses, free teeth, and TIME to grow food. And TIME to research cheap goods and TIME to Freecycle.
If any pensioner is freezing to death, something seriously wrong with their lifestyle.0 -

Many Pensioners already get a hefty annual cashback courtesy of UK Taxpayers, many also have Computers so can switch supplier regularly and get additional cashbacks. Winters are not nearly as cold as they were in the 70s and prior to the 70s, we rarely get 2 days of sub zero temperatures on the trot let alone 7 days.
Ive been a long time admirer of your posts Kim so pleasedont give me one of the verbal roastings you seem to derive immense pleasure from handing out on a daily basis. :eek:

A couple of you seem to have missed my "according to you" aside. I was referring to another poster's concerns, not mine. I agree with you, Ken and Bristol.0

:rotfl: I'm assuming this is another one of your 'oddball' posts and not to be taken seriously? If it's serious (and you wouldn't ordinarily be the person I would approach to confirm or deny this), let me know and I will try and treat it worthy of a more informative reply (if I can stop laughing long enough)....

Hello. I have some questions for everybody in this thread. The questions are thus:
Did you switch to their Fixed Price Energy December 2009 plan? If so, did you manage to switch online, or did you have to call them? If you called them, did you manage to get the cashback from Quidco?
+++ QUESTIONS END +++
Thanks for reading0
