Hi All,

Just to let you all know that I have missed the forum, and when I get home I will log on and read how everyone is doing - so I might be a bit out of touch with the gossip.

- I haven't left the house all day so haven't spent any cash
- Though did buy some things I needed on the web - got FREE delivery from www.choicestationery.co.uk instead of paying £9.99 with officestationery.co.uk -I was only spending £5.50 so certainly wasn't going to pay a tenner for delivery!
- Cleaned my oven using elbow grease and cheap soda crystals instead of expensive cleaner
- Fixed my washing machine myself (I think, I hope) using advice from the web so won't be facing a bill!
- Did washing, cleaning, scrubbing til my arms and fingers ached - who needs a personal trainer!
- Cooked a big meal in the slow cooker using reduced frozen mince I bought a while back - will freeze what remains into portions.
- Defrosted my freezer so now it should run more efficiently and stop buzzing!

Just thought I'd update myself and see how far I got.
I've also filed all of my papework and sorted a few small online banking issues. Although I have been charged £4 for being overdrawn by 4p for 8 days. I tried to plead with the telephone banking people but with no luck. Think I will change banks - I hate getting charged!!!!
Good night all
