URGENT!!Check your final EON bills

I have just seen my final Eon bill.There was no internet discounts or direct debit discounts showing.I phoned and was told it should have been there.A total of £26.20
to be credited to my account.
Please check not just your final reads but the discounts

Thanks for your post.When I spoke to them she did phone me back and said she remembered that Eon(then Powergen) woudn't allow the discounts.That was up to last year.However she says it now is applied.
I'll have a look at those terms again after the weekend.

Update Having checked the terms and conditions item 4 does say that no discount will be given off last bill.

They stopped applying it from the revised T&C's issued in Feb/March of this year. Many accounts last year didn't get it either but were given the discount later.
