Remove the lines from Hijack that Browntoa has already suggested.
I would retain both spybot and Malware bytes. Update them regularly and scan your system on a regular basis.
Just to make sure you are clean run the following program which will remove a lot of crap
Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune. (This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only)-
Double-click
Under Main "Select Files to Delete" choose: Select All.
Click the Empty Selected button.
