Have a look at Simply Health. I pay a monthly amount then I am entitled to claim for various benefits including dental, optical, chiropody, physio and in-patients stays. The amount payable depends on the contribution level you choose. The pay back is not 100% of the cost but certainly takes the sting out of the payments.0
