Tax Credits Award Notice sent to wrong address

Thankyou all for your replies. Glitterkitty, thats interesting what you say, that an RLS signal should have been put on my claim, my payments have continued as usual. The IR said on Friday when I phoned that they were wanting to phone me regarding this but didnt have my phone number , which is rubbish as they have phoned me previously. Im making a Subject Access Request and have wrote out a letter of complaint, so thanks once again. And also, James Mass, if that wasnt my letter you received, (my initials are in my username), then maybe the IR are making more mistakes than we think.

This happened to me last year.

My details, DOB, bank details, address was sent to someone else, and i was sent someone's details of 6 children that i supposedly had.

All i got was a mumbled sorry computer error :mad:

to be fair it wasnt the person who you spoke to that was at fault.
