Ryaniar - What is going on with bookings

On Wednesday I booked a flight the italy (v cheap). My printed confirmation put the status as 'confirmed'. But here is my problem:
I have not received a conformation email and no payment has been taken from my account. I have sent an email explaining the above to the following email addresses:
penstonm@ryanair.com = Reservations Manager (Michelle Penston)
walshg@ryanair.com = Reservations Team Leader (Gemma Walsh)
greenc@ryanair.com = Head of Customer Service (Caroline Greene)
itinerary@ryanair.com
Should I be concerned that the flight is not booked (remembers status is set to confirmed)?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks,

Did the "confirmation" include a booking locator/reference number? If it did, then you are probably booked. If it didn't - you probably aren't.I am a Travel Agent My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are S0466/3973. MSE doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it. Atol numbers can be checked with the Civil Aviation Authority. Yep - got the print out in front of me and there is a conformation number.
I can even log on to the website to check the booking using the confirmation number and my email address - but can not log on using confirmation number and credit card details.

if you have the confirmation number then im sure its fine, some payments do take longer to be taken for some reason, some confirmation emails take longer.
a confirmation number is all you need, its only friday and you booked wednesday, nothing to worry about im sure.0 -
I haven't received a confirmation email either.0

Hi all
I have also been caught up in this problem except that I've now double booked my seats.
On Wed 25th Sept I tried to buy 2 tickets to Italy and as I hit the confirm payment button the ryanair page crashed and I did not get to the confirmed page so had no confirmation number or anything. I thought I'd wait a day to see if I got a confirmation email just in case it had gone through but as I didn't my girlfriend went ahead and purchased another 2 tickets Thurs night - this time she got a confirmation number (but still no email).
Anyway a confrimation email for my first attempt arrived yesterday (Sat) along with the one my girlfirend had ordered!! Checked my credit card and sure enough have been charged. I now have 4 seats when only needed 2 and will attempt to try and get a refund on Monday.
If anyone has any tips or experiences then any help would be appreciated. Most annoyed at the moment. :mad:0 -

Happy holidays.
