Hsbc Fps

iv transferd £500 to a natwest account last night from my hsbc internet banking and it said the money will be in my natwest account today but later my hsbc internet banking got locked? why?

    I think the only people who know the answer to that question are HSBC, have you tried to call and ask them if the payment went through using FPS and why your internet banking has been locked.

    If your internet banking is locked you may have locked out the security number. Give telephone banking a call and they can reset it.

    On another note, you may want to keep to the standard forum font as your message in Courier New isn't easy to read (especially with the unnecessary red and bold text).

    'money laundering'. they will send u a letter asking for proof of 'address'. (they already have it), but ask for it anyway!

    im w8in for HSBC to block mine. ive started to transfer the same amount every month to my HSBC so i 'dont spend it', but ovilly they see it as dodgy...
