Hi Martin, I've been a fan for a long time. More recently I've been getting a feeling of I hope the guy doesn't burn out. The country needs your energy and vision for the long term! Not to mention the MSF?!
  • WOW.

Martin's so busy reporting on it - when does he have time to find out the info in the first place?!

I will never complain about my degree workload again  .

This site is all the better for such hard work and commitment. Can't say I'm surprised that there's nothing half-arsed about his working day. Except the lack of eating *tuts*. Eating solely Maltesers is sadly not a legitimate money-saving device. I've tried.
  • I'm exhausted now having read that - I'm so glad there's a team to help, although Martin is still the public face who's needed for the appearances. Well done all of you, but especially Martin!

omigod Martin, you can't keep that up! You'll burn out! My gratitude for all you've done with this site is huge, but I don't want you paying this kind of personal cost even now, thats not okay!

The other feeling I have is admiration, OTOH. Good lord, I wish I had that energy!

  • Thank you for all your info and very full days, I`m glad you get paid for it,unlike some RAF officers wives, because we regularly work for 20 hours a day, weekends included. I have just received back more than £200 of bank charges, not for an overdraft, more likely for the bank managers Xmas bonus, so very many thanks to you. Remind everyone to keep their records, as I am sure I would not have received my money back if I had destroyed them.:money: :j
  • All I can say is a very big thank you. I've recommended MSE to so many friends and colleagues. You do a great job.

**drools over the mention of Keiran Bracken again**

Can I pop down and hold the golden piggy for him please :)
  • You are a very very busy man, hats off to you for managing to fit that all in! I could never juggle that much at once yet you seem to have it down to a fine art! All I can say is thankyou for working that hard to make all of our lives better, your work is more important than many realise.

I am glad though you recognise the value of a break... take a few more and let the rest of MSE towers (who i'm sure are also very busy) take some of the load off you :) :T
