I know Sky have been mentioned time and again. But we finally decided to ditch NTL, as they haven't sent us a correct bill for over 12 months and need constant chasing up ( and yes I know Sky will be just as bad but a change is a good as a holiday .....) and the guy that installed was brilliant. He kept me well informed, was chatty, was considerate, was nice. 6 days in and we're so impressed with the service and it is 10 times what we ever got from NTL.
