Avoiding verseas Callcentres

Hello
Currently have a query with Pipex but keep getting through to Indian or Philipines, where the staff just don't understand same with the e-mail. I know that Pipex's UK base is in Salford. Does anybody have a phone number (pref not one of those rip off rate numbers) that will get me through directly to UK based staff & similarly an e-mail address.
Also their used to be a website i think it was called "say no to overseas callcentres" that gave UK alternative numbers but this seems to have disappeared. Does anybody know if it is still going or of an alternative.

Pipex has always been a problem-google them-its NOT because the callcenters are overseas0
