do you really think driving more slowly will help a lot?
say if I try and stick to 60 mph
I normally do 70/80 sometimes maybe more its so easy as the road is really clear alot of the time as i drive on the A303
Yes. I do a lot of motorway driving. At 60-65 my Peugeot 405 does 55mpg:T . At 75-80 it does 45mpg:o . Thats, very roughly, an extra 100 miles from a tankful or, in your terms, one more days travel.:j0
