Is there anyway of getting a 'windows' keyboard and mouse to work on a MAC computer?? or do I have to go and buy a new keyboard and mouse for the MAC - thanks in advance :beer:

Any USB keyboard will work with a Mac, so as long as it has a USB connection, it'll work.
Still best to have a dedicated Mac keyboard (and there are plenty of cheap and expensive ones from Mac dealers) as it has the correct keys labelled (Apple rather than Alt etc).
PS It's not MAC it's Mac short for Macintosh....0 -

It was the cmd keys that were also the Apple keys, but on new Apple keyboards, they're just plain old cmd.
I agree the OP should consider buying a keyboard made for the Mac; then new Apple ones are very nice, and have dedicated buttons for controlling iTunes, changing the screen brightness, accessing the Dashboard, using Exposé, adjusting the volume, and an eject button.0
